Edo State, Nigeria
This international non-profit organization works primarily with women from Edo State in southern Nigeria. Through education, advocacy, micro loans and a broad variety of other programs, AAWE seeks to prevent the luring of women from Africa for sexual exploitation in Europe. The organization is extremely happy with this new site which projects an image more consistent with its aspirations and presents a more complete picture about its activities and mission. This new website is a dramatic improvement over the out-of-date, amateurish site that was used for many years and is an excellent example of the kind of work we can do for organizations on a very, very modest budget.
