This very progressive California nonprofit is trying to achieve change in American education by way of learning-based programs for underserved urban children and youth in the greater Los Angeles area. Through partnerships with local community-based organizations, it has created the New Roads Schools and several charter schools area as well as special programs for foster, probation and other troubled youth. The foundation is very happy with this new, more user-friendly website which establishes the organization on the web in a much more professional manner; provides easier access to information; can be easily updated by its staff and with important new features that were not previously available.
