You might already have art in the attic or another room that would work in the space. Or you can go on a quick shopping trip, or browse online and have it shipped to the front door.
Splash of Green. An unexpected splash of color can be truly captivating. To prevent it from crossing the line to overwhelming, however, take a tip from this fresh and airy space by keeping all the other elements in the space neutral.

Crafted of oak and incorporating dramatic purple cabinetry, this kitchen is an antidote to all the white and gray designs around. “I like color and enjoy putting some into my kitchens,” says Stephen Graver, who designed this striking room. “There are a lot of gray kitchens out there!”
